I cannot find these in Scott. They are nondenominated, so perhaps they are cinderellas or literally "souvenirs"?

The perforations on the first one are printed rather than actual perfs.

Yes, they are cinderellas. Occasionally given out at shows and also as gifts to subscribers. They lack the denomination, but usually have the artist/engraver's name, and I remember seeing a few with the printer's name.

It's been awhile since I checked, but I think they used to sell for about $3-$5 on ebay. Not sure about now.

The remainders are sometimes available for 25c each, if bought directly from China. I bought a pack of 50 showing bonsai trees, thinking they would sell to American bonsai hobbyists. It took about 5 years to get rid of them.

There is a much stronger market for them now. I don't collect them, but the speculative activity has pushed the PRC market up again in the past 5 years, so just about any large item from PRC is selling for a few bucks each. There's probably a few buyers who buy them thinking they are genuine postage stamps, but they are only cinderellas.

Looks like the general PRC market has cooled in the past year. Not surprising since there has been a glut of reproductions and outright fakes in the past 2 years.
