Was it rare for these two Overprints to be used together??

This is a single overprint, 5z on 6z, Scott 404
and at .40 mint and .20 used, obviously not rare
at all.

The * on either side of the ZL looks as if it was placed
there to strike out the 6 ZL of the original stamp.

The stamp is just a surcharge revaluing the stamp
from its previous 6z value down to 5z.

What about the 3rd Overprint on top of the 5? What is that?

What do you see on top of the 5?

All I see is one overprint the content of which is * 5 ZL * on two levels.
