I second Vacuum Man. I get the vast majority of my binders at Goodwill, Salvation Army, etc type stores. I usually pay .25- .50 each never more than $1 and that is for a very good d-ring binder . As long as I have a week or so to look around I can usually find just the size and color I need in good shape. I cringe every time I walk into Staples and see their binders for $6+.
