New Type Of Cancellation?

The cancellations below were on two covers recently received from Toronto, ON.

The first group of numbers is the date, the second group is the time. Does anyone know what the last four digits stand for?

No other marks were on the covers. Is this a new type of mechanical cancellation?

Hi Major,
Here is another of that type with a 4-digit number at the end also.
Not sure where this is from though.



and then again here is a POCON 6-digit number from Halifax, NS, with a 4-digit number in the Spary-on cancel underneath it. No relation seemingly.
