Upper row is RUSSIA, probably 1915, full set (if is on coloured paper - 1914). There are imperforate stamps of this issue, those have high CV (600-700 eur). Perforated MNH set - cca. 5 eur.
Rest is MONTENEGRO. First set- 1902, Prince Nikolas I., one value missing.
second set- 1905, overprinted. 5 types of overprint exist, MNH CV varies (cca. 9/12/48 or 220 eur)
third set Muntenegro porto 1902
fourth set- same, overprinted 1905.
