I think they are Swiss, but no denomination. The come in a roll.

hi chasa, they look like dummy stamps used for testing purposes.

They could be test stamps (sometimes referred to as dummy stamps) for use in testing or traning.

I also think that these are "Test" stamps for new postal employees.
