These two stamps (Scott #1 and #6) are perforated 10.5 x 10.5. Scott only lists them as perf 11.5 and imperforate.

Here is a perf 11, which is what the all the others in my collection are listed as.

Do other catalogs list different perforations or could they be forgeries? Any information is appreciated!

They're either forgeries or reperforations. I wrote about similar stamps on my stamp blog http://www.stampcollectingblog.com/...lithunia.php roughly year ago

I previously saw you post scb, but nobody really had any answers. Hopefully this will bring on some more information.

I also wonder about the cancel on the 2m. It does not appear to be the usual Wilno.

You could try contacting Audrius who runs the excellent http://lithuanianphilately.com. Or Ray who runs another Lithuanian philately blog at http://prahanoaki.blogspot.com

They're both very knowledgeable (way beyond me) on anything related to Lithuanian and Central Lithuanian philately.

I think that at least Audrius is a member here too, so I'm sure he'll chime in sooner or later.
