These little treasures came to me from a friend in Australia who was at the World Expo 2013 in Melbourne, Australia. They commemorate 100 years of the Kangaroo & Map stamp series. 1913-2013.

You mean that there is now a postage stamp that says "Specimen" that is intended for regular postal use? Very interesting!
