Now don't get excited! What I mean is....a few years ago
Someone on this forum gave me part of an album of Hungary stamps
that had been stored in a smoker's home or office. Not being a smoker myself,
I immediately noticed the smoker smell. Now, don't get me wrong- I truly appreciated and love the stamps , but then proceeded to inquire around what to
do to change the smell. I'm not sure who advised me, may have been bobgg or Tom
but found out placing the stamps on a perforated tray over a couple of boxes of
Baking soda emptied underneath might just work. And it did, very nicely! Yeah!
So now my stamps are no longer are smoking...they're totally HOT!

Many thanks!
