Just wondering if anyone has any idea about the age of this stamp. I wasn't able to find out anything about it online. Any help would be much appreciated.

This looks like Scott 257, the Bolivian Coat of Arms, from January 21, 1930, value under a dollar.

Check the backside and see if there is an RS or SR owner's mark.
