Does anyone have info who could be a maker of these obviously very rough forgeries?

They looks pretty old (at least 60-70 years).

Nice forgeries alright. Too bad they weren't originals because they would be worth a small fortune.

I didn't reply earlier, but I checked your forgery against the 20 some Bayern 1 Kreuzer forgeries illustrated in the German Philatelic Society German States Forgeries CD-ROM, and I found no obvious match.

Perhaps someone else will have an answer.
