I was looking at ordering stamps from Global Stamps, and noticed Scott now has pre-cut mounts for self-adhesive stamps.
They have:

22 x 26 - U.S. Self-Adhesive Regular - Vertical 40 1047 3.25 2.00
I'll have to order some and see how well they fit!
