Just wondering - What everyone's thoughts on this cover are??

I can't imagine that this was mailed from Oroshi in 1947... Albania was communist then I believe... (These are free-albania cinderella stamps - I think they were printed in paris and new york)

So - what is the deal with the cover? - any ideas?

It did not have postal validity, as everyone knows, so, my guess is that it was added as a favour to dress up the cover??

Just a wild guess.
