I collect PD stamps for the purpose of tying to complete my collection but don't necessarily specialise in them.

While I like PD and all BoB material, it's usually not something that I actively seek out. If I happen to come across it and I need it, I'll get it but I'm much more interested in completing my definitive/commemorative collection in all countries that I collect.

I have only recently started to collect postage dues, many precancels. Another interesting side collection for me.

Like the majority, I'm passive. But I do like them as part of my Canadian and American BOB! And for sure those early US ones are a challenge.

I'm on both sides. Actively collect postage dues of the Portuguese colonies, my primary speciality. Passive collect the rest; meaning if it's in the collection, it's staying. But not actively seeking to fill spaces.

I do have PD and other BOB in my US and WW collections.
I'm always thrilled to add another when I find one.
