According to Michel, there were two 10 H values in that set. Michel 164 (1 June 1920) is blue-green or dark green, and Michel 165 (13 November 1920) is ochre brown.

Well interesting you would think Scott would mention this. What about the 5h, that is to be dark blue and this one I posted is lavender like?

The 5 H can be found in ultramarine (Mi 162) and violet (Mi 163).

Steve: This is a confusing area, and I'm for sure no expert. But look just a little further down, at Scott 82 & 83, and those designs and colors will match up.

I think because this "batch" immediately followed the first batch, there was no footnote telling you to also look at another set of numbers. (I've learned that those footnotes are crucial. They should be in larger print rather than smaller!)

You'd still need to perf both of those to determine if it's 82 or 82b, and 83 or 83b, but that's not too bad. (And if I'm remembering correctly -- it might be some other earlier Czechoslovakia instead -- Scott tends to round perfs up to the closest 1/2. I just dealt with this tonight on some modern Croatia -- the actual perf is 10-3/4, but Scott lists it at 11.)
