I have just come across a very large, well kept stamp collection. There is 1000's of stamps, some used, most new. I have no clue what I have. Live in Arkansas in the Conway area, is there anyone close to my area that can help me out? Also have several books of 1st day covers. Please help as I have no clue on what to do with these.

Thank You

KUBO--------There are a lot of people who can help you out on this board . To get the ball rolling can you give the range of dates on the 1st day covers and do they have art work on them or printed pictures. On the album can you give us the name and title of the album. Some here would like you to post pictures of a few pages . Im sure a few will ask other questions.

OK, the oldest cover that I have found is Nov. 9, 1956 through May 28, 1960, another one is Nov. 4 1968 through April 30, 1973 and MAy 22, 1986 through Jun. 13, 1987. Then Christmas stamps from Nov. 1 1962 through Oct. 20 1999 and in another book Christmas from Oct. 10, 2001 through Oct. 21, 2010. There are both printed pictures and art work on them.

I have not yet figured out how to post pictures, but I am working on it.

I don't pay much attention to U.S. covers (and none to FDCs), but I'm not sure you'll like the answers that you'll get.

In the meantime, tell us about the stamps...from where? from when?
