The acronym TCV stands for : Timbre Côté Vue (French postal advisory )

These kind of PPC are considered to be the precursors of present-day maximum cards.

The PPC shows Italian port of Genoa - pleasure boats basin " Porticciuolo Duca degli Abruzzi "
Publisher of PPC : Edizione F.CALI-Genova ( serial no.4480 )

The special postmark with the date " 22.IX.34 " ( 22 September 1934)was applied by the Genoa Railway Station Post Office ( GENOVA FERROVIA ) and carries the propaganda slogan " MOSTRA RIVOLUZIONE FASCISTA / ROMA RIDUZIONI FERROV.. 40 % " ( The Exhibition of Fascist Revolution - Roma, 40 % discount on train tickets )
The postmark cancels a stamp which depicts the famous Roman Emperor OCTAVIAN AUGUSTUS.

Very interesting card.

I see that you are also quite interested with the publisher as well.

I have cards in my collection that may have the same image, but, were published by another firm. I consider them two different postcards.

I will have to scan some cards again for another posting.
