I cant find this in the 2009 Scott catalog
anybody know the number thanks allot
probably overlooking it or may need glasses lol

Stamp Duty, i.e., revenue, so it is not listed in Scott.

I don't collect revenue stamps but I can add that this design was issued 1917/18. Value around $3 - $5 unless the watermark is inverted or sideways, then around $20, judging by retail sales.
