Hello,

These 2 stamps are czech republic revolutionary issue in 1945.
The first overprint is made in the town of Plzen and the second was made by US army force whose delivery the territory of the republik of Czechoslovakia in 1945. The US army give the stamp to soldier as souvenir and you can find on letter that soldiers send to familly with date 26 and 27 may 1945.
I have catalogue for theses stamps but it 's out of print. You can find more that 200 town who made overprint and in a lot they made more that one type, it's mean it's possible around 500 different overprint

I have 2 catalogue.

The first is : Geophila , Czech Republic revolutionary issue author J. Marek ( it's catalogue that a member of the philatelic association Geophila write in Czech Republic.
The second is Checoslovaquia, Overprint the liberation territory of the Republik of Cechoslovakia 1939/1945, this book win a medal in the world exposition in "Praga 1978" the author is Juan Santaeugenia Grau
