Well, it sure looks like Scott 67, 1891, Arms of Savoy. The ring seems to be a white background from this scan whereas Scott 52 from 1889 has the ring background the same color as rest of stamp. Scott 2013 cat. value is $555.00 Mint and $2.40 Used.
Does your strip have gum? or otherwise look mint?
With such a high mint cat. value you have to consider forgeries which I am not qualified to comment on.

The stamps seem to have been on a envelope I will post the pic of the back side but all seem to be intact

The values quoted above are straight out of the catalog, i.e. per individual stamp.
Looks like they stuck to something (maybe inside a storage envelope?) so, forgery issues aside, definitely not mint anymore so not worth too much. Sorry!

Is it just me or these imperforate in between Stamps ? I see one or 2 perfs at most between Stamps.

they are perforated, they are all intact on the back side it seems to have been stuck to a envelope, I found it just like it was in the shoe box
