tony, you get around dont you because I know all about you on stampboards and you have been very helpful on uglies as you call them. The problem with my Civil war is some people would love to have the old south back. So, did any of the rebellions other then the Maluku sect make any stamps like locals and if so is there any information on these locals? Its good to see you here as well as on stampboards too

I'm afraid I don't know anything about the postal arrangements used by the other rebellions around Indonesia in the 1950s. You'd need to find an Indonesia specialist to comment. I just studied the language and politics, back in the Sukarno era, and lived there later ... and make some of my living translating the language still.
In an auction lot, I came across these 3 stamps. I will be pleased to pass them along to the first interested poster who provides me with a snail mail address.
