Even enlarged, I can't tell what this is. Is it from Germany? The cancel obscures it.

It also has an overprint of June 30, 1930 on it.

The stamp is Germany SG 460 from 1930 showing President Hindenburg with the "30 Juni 1930" overprint commemorating the evacuation of allied forces from the Rhineland.

It has a great postmark from Schwetzingen in Baden-Wurttenberg with the slogan "Deutschlands Schoenster Schlosspark" (Germany's most beautiful castle park) at the top, an outline of the castle and a second slogan at the bottom (off the stamp) relating to their world-famous asparagus growing!
