An interesting statistic, though arguably no one really knows what is and/or is not included in the figure shown. In any case, it represents a sizable chunk of change for the US Postal Service!
Hopefully it was enough money to give "how to be polite and patient" lessons to some of the postal workers and..... maybe a class or two on NOT loosing, I mean... misplacing my packages!
