So here is one that I have not seen before. It looks like it was deliberately cut in half and the only clue I have is a Brussels postmark. The printing under the border may suggest that this is the whole stamp. I don't know!?! Does anyone recognize this and could I maybe get a Scott or other Cat number. Thanks in advance as always - Jeff
