I have this sheet of Search and rescue stamps with no perforations on the top left on the French side. the rest of the sheet has light perforation but none all the way through.I was wondering if anyone could help out with a Scott# and is there any value I have looked on ebay and searched some of the dealers web pages with no success. Thanks Bob

Carly, this is the Search and Rescue pane, issued on 13 June 2005 and has a catalogue number of 2111.
Catalogue value of a perforated pane is $8.00 Canadian. No idea what the imperforated pane would be worth. Perhaps some other member can offer an amount |

Hi Carly1,
Welcome to the forum.
I do not have the latest Unitrade Catalogue, but in my version (2009)this pane was not issued imperforate.
You state that there are perforations (although not completely through) around some of the stamps, but no sign of any perforations around the ones on the French side of the pane. This sounds like an error and depending on its rarity will be from a few dollars to a few hundred or more to the right collector.
If you can provide a close-up scan at a higher resolution of the imperforate area then we can see it more clearly.

I constantly check for errors and am not aware of this sissue having imperforates. It is not listed in the 2013 Unitrade.
It is not included in the Saskatoon Stamp Centre web site for imperforates. |

WARNING - as of 6:45 Pm September 5th. my virus software shows a trojan virus called JS:Iframe-RB in the "New Canadian Varieties" section of the Canadian Stamp Auctions web site. It is in years 2005 through 2010 and possibly in earlier years as well. 2011 is OK.
I have advised the Canadian Stamp Auctions web site via their "Contact Us" portal and posted this meessage in the Canadian Stamps and Covers and main Stamp Collection forums. |

Maybe that is why parts of their site has not been updated since 2011 . I did a virus scan on my computer just in case there was a problem. Bob |

I think that this is a lovely error. I've been collecting errors and varieties for almost 20 years and I would think that there would certainly takers for this. It would probably fetch several hundred dollars. Let us know what you intend to do with it. |

Was not looking at selling more looing for information. I found this site a short time ago and after reading the posts thought there were a lot of people with quite a bit of knowledge who could give me answers on some of the material that was left to us. Bob |

I have been advised by the Canadian Stamp Auction web site that they will work on the virus problem this weekend. In the interim, I suggest that this site should not be accessed.
Hopefully, the web site will advise me when it has been inspected and cleaned, if necessary, and I will advise this forum a.s.a.p. |

I believe that the volunteer experts meet on a monthly basis to review and start the process of new submissions. Some will be done then, others will take more time and a second or third meeting, as required. |
