Curious to know the proper names of the top row stamps these and if any are the rarer colors. I've read Prussian blue on the top row stamps is rare, thats about it.

Hi RUSH2112,

Welcome aboard. I believe the top row stamps are known as "Peace and Commerce" type. I do not have a recent France catalogue so cannot help with values.

Thanks for that, the purple - black 25 below the blue one is out of place and has an red overprint of some kind.

I need a jewellers loupe to properly read it but don't have one.

The stamps with the numerals in a circle are referred to collectively as the Blanc issue (early 20th century).
