The cancellations are almost 'too clear' to believe, but, I guess some covers from that era had to be neatly cancelled.

Gee - a nice clean cover and cancel. My old 1976 Scott Standard shows the 10c Canada Scott#17d used as 5c on cover at $1100

Yes this cover is listed but there is a high reserve so you are not going to really get this for the auction amount listed.
I have one of these... only 9 that exist and have had an extensive Greene analysis done on it. Enough to create a web page all of its own that shows what science has to offer the stamp collecting community. The cover was cancelled by pen just on the stamp! What to do... and the answer. Forensics!
