I've added some code to try and stop duplicate posts caused by some phones, server lag, use of back and refresh buttons at the wrong time, etc.

Please post here if you see anything quirky.

The biggest culprit is the back button Android OS phones. It will repost automatically.

I just tried the the back button (backspace) then forward which used to cause the problem and got the error message.
