Ray Charles First Day Of Issue Ceremony
2013 September 23
The USPS will issue a commemorative stamp honoring Ray Charles on September 23rd. There are two First Day of Issue ceremonies. For the Atlanta ceremony, it will take place at Morehouse College, at the Ray Charles Performing Arts Center. Time is 10:00 am
