Even though Subway Stamps is less than 45 miles from home I do not stop all the often. Today I made a trip to pick up some supplies that I needed. This is just a great place if you are ever in Altoona, Pa. I bought a lot of the manila stock-pages that they make on site. The 20% discount was nice.
As usual the owner came over to chat about stamps with me and she is one of the most pleasant people to chat stamps with.
They had a sale on some G&K Centurion stock-pages, 20% discount and for every 5 the 6th was free. Needless to say I loaded up on those too.
One day I will have to go when I have more than a half hour to spend. The last time I was there I got a tour of the store and manufacturing area.
