Hello everyone.
I'm new here and am looking for any info as to what this stamp is.
It is a 10 pfennig, gray on white paper with some kind of white bird crest..
There is a 3 word red overprint, with an 8 Oct 10 postmark.
Please see photo.

Hope the pic came through.
Thanks in advance.
Weeze

That's a Bavarian postage due stamp. There are a couple varieties that have wildly different catalog values. If you could check the watermark and the perfs, I might be able to narrow it down a bit more.

Ok.
How do I do that?

I don't have access to any watermark liquid, and not sure what to do for the perfs.
