I have hunted 2008 and 2009 Scotts for ages and can't locate this guy. I have even tried searching every country that uses Kruizer's for currency. Any help would be really appreciated.

What you have is not a real stamp, but a cut-square from the stationery... if it is thick, than it is cut-square from the postcard... and if it is thinner, from the stationery envelope... just as this one:

Thick paper??
Then it may have been cut from an old Austrian card.
