For the first time (that I've seen) the news about the "right side up" version of the Inverted Jenny Souvenir Sheet has met the mainstream media, namely in today's (10/07/2013) NY Times:

It makes one wonder who had decided to throw the "past policy" out the window to create this stamp rarity, which is currently predicted to fetch at least several hundred dollars apiece at the outset.
