I have checked everywhere I know to check and can't find out if the left stamp is a minor die cut variation or if it has it's own Scott number. In the places I have looked, there is one sheet (or booklet) #3259 and one coil #3263 for 1998.

I included two identical die cut stamps on the right so that you can see how nicely they match compared to the mismatched stamp on the left. All three are year date 1998.
