German Postmarks - Steinen - On Russian Stamps?

I suppose that these are just a forged postmarks on the unissued Russian stamps (although these are on the thicker paper - look more like a stationery cut-squares)...

The first two are listed under LATVIA in the Scott catalog as never placed into use. Those two look like forgery copies made in Germany with bogus cancels . Let me look around and find a scan of my album pages which explains these forgeries ,I believe its posted somewhere on this website .
