Enclosed is a picture of Switzerland Scott # 98-100 . It has a companion set #101-3 which is re-engraved "making it clearer" . The figures are supposed to be made with lines . The horizontal background lines are better . Scott gives scanty differences between the sets . Zumstein says little . When I check on
ebay , I get many shades of each colors and little definable difference . I have found two different kinds of horizontal background lines but both are listed as the same stamp . Any good articles online explaining the two sets . Thank Bernie
