Anybody ever seen one like this before, or are they common? I know it was printed by "Cachet Craft" and carry the numbers 896-6 and 897-2, by my old out of date Mellone's catalogs. But I know nothing about 2 First Days on the same cover. I should point out that the cover is folded in half and there are two more blank sections and two more ears. The overall size is about 14 1/4 x 9 1/4, way too big for my scanner.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
