It looks like all the current releases from the USPS and in fact I'm sure the seller is the USPS without even clicking on one.

Its the USPS ebay store. It looks like they have some old stock to get rid of. I saw the 2005 and 2006 stamp yearbooks for sale and other older "keepsakes".
