Nice cover with a strip of four, 408H, I just picked up. Filstrup/Cover cover. Alvin Filstrup worked for the Covel Manufacturing Company. He was a collector and used Privately Perf'ed imperf. coils (perf'ed for him at the Rosback Company--11.75 guage or 12-67 on the Kiusalas gauge), Imperf. singles/blocks/strips/pairs, Bureau coils and other W/Fs on mail from and to the Covel company as well as his personal mail.
