Hello- I just joined the site yesterday and placed this in the wrong category. Gary answered and suggested I place it here. I bought a small collection of Belgium proofs from a European auction and got this in the collection. I can't identify it, or even which country it is from. It looks French, but I really need help finding it. Thank you to anyone who has a clue.. Ken

Thank you Tinus - I actually think I bought this from a collector in the Netherlands, who was moving to Spain. I am not kidding! I'll try to check the Spain connection, re. Alfonso XIII. Thanks, again. Ken

Wow-I checked some stamp sites, and this is a dead ringer for Alfonso XIII. I couldn't find any proofs or essays to match this, but now I know what I'm looking for. Thanks, again, Ken..
