Hi,again- in addition to the first question about a ?Belgian? proof, I got this stamp from a dealer in Belgium with the enclosed note from there. I'm not sure what to make of this. I'm beginning to think I should have stayed with regular issues from a foreign country. If anyone has a clue what this is, lease let me know. Thanks, Ken

This looks definitely Australian to me. George VI if I'm not mistaken.

Holy cow! How am I getting these in with my orders for Belgian proofs? I really thank you for the insight on the Alfnoso Spanish stamp and this one. Ken..

You got it, again, Tinus. I found this essay in other colors on Delcampe. They dated them to 1937, not 1939, which Deom in Belgium had said. I didn't see any green ones, but the others were definitely the same as this. Thank you -- Ken
