This post card is in with my proofs from Belgium. It has a 1959 date and I guess it was a test run, but seems expensive at 999.90 francs. The scanner cropped it some. I can't find it in my catalogues, so if anybody has seen these, please let me know. I think it came from the same Belgian stamp dealer who sent me the Australian essay in my Belgian order.. K

Kenneth, you might want to try this website?

It is hard to say just how far this meter would travel, but, then again, the "Proofs" went up to higher values most likely because they were expected often to go on parcels, hence the higher values.

Just a guess of course.

Sorry Kenneth, I don't.

The site I sent you is the only info I have. I am hoping that meters will start to see better favour in the realm of philately and we will see more information as time goes by. For myself,I am beginning to like meters more and more.

It's interesting to collect something off the mainstream, bit it's tougher to get info, values, etc. -K
