Same thing for me. Mine is English only. I have a copy from the post office with both in one magazine. I don't thing they will save on this. They have to print French , English and both!!

Sounds like there are 3 versions:

* mailed, English only
* mailed, French only
* available at post offices, bilingual

Still haven't received my mailed copy (likely tomorrow?), which would be English-only I presume.
