Quote:I purchased the Scott 2012 US Specialized for iPad 2 years ago and was pretty happy with the purchase at the time.
Now that it's 2013 and I no longer use my iPad, I'm a little more discontent with my purchase.
I really think Amos should model
Amazon and have a "buy once, read anywhere" solution.
Sell the catalog on your web site (and avoid the 33% Apple tax), and then allow me to use it on iPad, Android, Windows, Mac, Linux and web. Hell you could offer to sell it, or rent it. For a reasonable monthly fee, you're guaranteed to get access to the new editions as they come out.
That's a solution Amos Digital could sell to other companies.
There is no reason the catalog should be trapped on my iPad.
Now that I own a Nexus 10 instead of an iPad, what are the plans for an Android version of the Scott Catalog app?
We'll see what they say.
