Basically same, different in name only. The Brookman catalog is basically their pricelist, with a lot of other features (like a LOT more illustrations). The downloadable full pricelist is very similar to what the Brookman catalog used to look like up to the early 1990s.
I don't know the details of how the ownership divides up the companies/divisions, but it's the essentially the same group.
