Just found this one in a large group of Canada Scott 341. Any idea what the directional cancel is supposed to indicate? I see NW, NE, SW and SE in this box cancel.

I have seen this cancel type before. I am not certain, but I believe they were used in major western provincial cities the most??

It was part of a slogan cancellation. I might have a full strike somewhere in my collection?
