Hi..Could not help notice that this Scott #595 stamp had a different tagging than the other 4 in this series..???...Take a look at the 15 cent stamp under a florescent light..It is a MUCH brighter and different coloured tagging than the rest..Does any one have any ideas..??

3 different types of tagging were used on the 10c-25c 1972 Landscape definitives:

* General/Ottawa OP4 (migrating)
* General/Ottawa OP2
* Winnipeg

I suspect that the 15c value you show is the OP2 and the other two values are OP4 (but a better image of the other two blocks would be helpful).

Over the years the OP4 tagging on many stamps has 'migrated' to the point where one must look very closely at the stamps to 'see' the tagging.
