I came across this sheet and see that it is perforation 12.5 and the listed stamp is shown as 10.5.

Can anyone help me on this stamp? Estimated Value?

TAZZ-----I think your looking at the wrong stamp .Try looking at Russia #620 in the Scott catalog and its a C-T-O sheet ,it would have a value of a buck or two .

Maybe forget the catalog and just compare your stamp to known #620's.

It's a tall stamp so a vertical side should give you an easy measuring tool - in fact it looks like there are 25 perf holes plus a fraction up one side of the stamp, and the same on examples for sale online.

Thanks, but it is 12.5 all over the sheet. I'll keep looking.
