No correction needed ,When I posted the original posting they weren't on the "approved" list ,now they are . But the countries I am sure are not paying any fee to this private self serving group . Guess they let the big boys in for free so they can look legit ,this was after two or three articles were written about them . -------but this doesn't change the fact -------They are holding stamp issuing countries for RANSOM .

They have been members since 2002, they joined about 2 years after the installation of the program, virtually every country in the world is a member and they all pay the same fees,
