Yes, a nice story. I can only hope, as well, that as a father, I have given my kids such memories. They are growing up too fast and feels like I'm running out of time to plant such seeds.

Beautiful story I can somewhat relate to... when I was getting divorced 4 years ago, everyone was telling me to just rent while I try to rebuild my life and finances. But I had a dog that no renter would ever allow in this city that my daughter was completely attached to and my ex-wife refused to keep, tools and all kinds of wonderful things my young daughter had been given over the years that I knew would all have to go if I was to rent an apartment. I ended up selling my beloved sci-fi collectibles, my remaining bits of my stamp collection and coins I had inherited and anything else I could of value so I could scrape up enough to get a house (a fixer-upper) just so my daughter wouldn't be traumatized from both the divorce itself AND having to get rid of her favorite pet and most of her furniture etc... I know people say "Yeah, but it's just stuff" but try explaining that to a 6 year old child having her world torn apart.

Thanks for sharing wt1.

Dan
